Great location near the highway and airport, perfect for travelers. the hotel provided convenient and secure car parking facilities. the spa pool was a wonderful addition, allowing for relaxation and escape from the hustle and bustle.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. the rooms were dirty and in need of redecoration.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and soundproof. The staff were friendly and helpful, even telling us how to order a cheaper taxi to the airport. We also appreciated the phone in reception which allowed us to book a taxi company for free. The hotel is conveniently located near a cinema and the Mederiantee buffet restaurant.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great value for money: Despite its shortcomings, this hotel offers competitive prices that are hard to beat in the area. Attentive staff: The friendly and accommodating reception desk staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Convenient location: Situated in a non-through area near the train station, the hotel provides easy access to the town center, superstores, and restaurants. French windows onto the garden: Our room had lovely French windows that opened up to a charming garden, adding a touch of tranquility to our stay.
All was generally fine during our visit.

As business travelers, we appreciated the helpful staff who assisted us in accessing our rooms despite a computer error. The location was great for us, as it was only a 20-minute drive to our event at Hickstead. The hotel offered parking, although it was difficult to find a space due to a wedding taking place. However, the reception staff allowed us to park on the grass verge outside, which was convenient.
Felt very relaxed, no reason to complain.

The location is ideal for exploring the area, with plenty of parking available. It's fantastic that you can explore the surrounding district and find unique hidden gems. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. a great place for a budget stay.
The staff were unresponsive and not very helpful during our stay.
